MEET OUR TEAM
Mr. Song is the Chief Executive Officer of Leap Development. With a passion for architecture and development, Mr. Song joined Leap as one of the founders in 2017 and has actively involved in all phases of the development process including acquisitions, underwriting, financing, joint venture, design, entitlements, marketing and sales. Prior to joining LEAP, Mr. Song was a Vice President of Business Development at HHH Properties Group where he was managing business development, financial analysis and reporting and strategic planning.
Mike Liu is the Director of LEAP and a Licensed PE and LEED AP in California. Mr. Liu has over 25 years of real estate development experience and has held positions as Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Senior Project Manager and General Manager at various companies such as Allard Engineering, KB homes, and R&F Properties (US). Many multi-family residential projects have been successfully completed under his guidance. Mr. Liu has an extensive network in both China and US. He also serves as the chairman of Chinese Real Estate Committee (California) of Chinese Enterprises Association.
Mr. Pallmann is a seasoned veteran of the industry and brings over 30 years of design, construction and development experience to LEAP. From his start as an apprentice carpenter in his teens to his current position as development project manager, he has shown a consistent passion for delivering quality projects. With experience in commercial, industrial, and residential building, Mr. Pallmann has a well-rounded understanding of the industry. He has managed and led construction and development on projects across the United States. Before joining LEAP, he held senior management positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Citigroup and Turner Construction Company.
MANAGER OF DEVELOPMENT
Ruby serves as the Manger of Development, underwrites new target opportunities and processes existing development pursuits. Throughout the entire development process, Ruby oversees consultant coordination, entitlement and government approvals, project financing, marketing and sales. She brings a breadth of experience to LEAP from managing a wide range of residential and mixed-use products. Previously at other development companies, Ruby has acquired and managed more than one thousand units of condominiums in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ruby holds a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver and is an active member of ULI.
